The 2% of Men That GET IT!

If you are one of our clients, then you have heard me say this about the men in our facility.
“They are the 2% of men that GET IT!”
For whatever reason men have a hard time realizing that their old belief patterns of exercise just don’t work.
They are unwilling to change their habits and less likely then women to ask for help.
I’m sorry guys, you can disagree with me if you choose, either way IT’S TRUE!
“I need to get in shape before I come to your boot camp.” (The #1 line uttered out of most men’s mouths pertaining to them starting our #1 program.)
The brave souls who do decide to venture outside of their comfort zone, quickly discover what they were doing in the past truly wasn’t working or a complete waste of time.
Farmington Valley Fitness Boot Camp has plenty of dedicated male members who have become Walking Talking Billboards for what we expect out of our members.
Take a look at these two getting it done!
Craig and Tom are two guys who put their egos aside and totally revamped their style of training.
Craig recently sat down with me to discuss taking his nutrition to another level (yes, a male who asked for help!)
While Tom, an avid runner, is a member of our Maximize Your Metabolism Class and has lost over 30 lbs in only 4 short months! (He use to eat 1 meal a day!)
