Busy Mom of Four Takes Action and Makes No Excuses

Every phase of Farmington Valley Fitness Boot Camp we are introduced to new members who want to know if “this” is the answer.
I can’t begin to tell you how many times I talk about, as I like to call them, “Rockstar” Boot Campers.
Believe me there are a bunch of them!
Today, I am going to make one of them famous, who inside the walls of Tyler English Fitness, doesn’t need any introduction.
She is a devoted wife to her husband, John, and a mother of 4 beautiful children who keep her on the go all day long!
When she started training with me back in January you could just tell she was going to be someone who would lead the pack.
As my brother Rob often says, she gets back what she puts into every workout!
Take a look at Shayna Luciani at work! (She’s a little camera shy!)
This is what it takes to be a member of Farmington Valley Fitness Boot Camp!
If this doesn’t inspire you, then you need to check your pulse!
Now how’s that for some serious hard work!
Shayna is an inspiration in our gym, boot camp and to our current clients. She should be an inspiration to every single busy mom or frustrated gym goer out there!
If she can find time with four young children, then why are you still making excuses for your lack of commitment?

It certainly is an extra challenge when you have children – arranging childcare, sleepless nights – it requires not only passion but complete dedication. I am so proud of you!

Awesome job, Shayna. I work out in the same classes with Shayna alot and she is an incredible motivator. She always wants to do more and not only challenges herself every day but keeps us all pushing ourselves harder. Way to go!!!!!!!!
